Living with illness in the family can be long and difficult in a multitude of ways. On all sides of the illness there are challenges of misdiagnoses, swinging emotions, fleeting lucidity and the daunting reality of not knowing what’s next. The only known is that the defiance of the body and mind requires leaving one’s identity to ghost.
